A driving test-taker has always been deemed capable of driving, but the disparity between a competent driver and mediocre one is significant. Good driving skills involves more than just having good timing and the power to shift gears, but also taking full responsibility and also showing respect to other road users. A never-ending pursuit of safety that goes along the way and beyond strictly following the law and embraces courtesy and foresight. The responsible driver acknowledges that the task of driving is a significant duty for themselves their passengers, and all road users’ good drivers recognize this.
